2. The first step before use is to prepare an Android-based mobile phone, whether a real phone or a cloud phone. This guide uses renting a cloud phone as an example, and the following instructions are based on operating a rented cloud phone. If you are using a real phone, you can skip the cloud phone rental steps.
2.1 Cloud Phone Rental

Alternatively, you can directly click on the Rent a cloud phone link in the sixth section, User Guide, on your account homepage to be redirected to the cloud phone rental website.


Log in to your DUOPLUS account and click the "Buy Cloud Phone+" button to enter the cloud phone rental page.

Quantity: Select the quantity you need to purchase based on your requirements.
Duration: Select the rental period for a single cloud phone according to your needs.
Start-up Mode: Starting the cloud phone requires computing power, which is divided into fixed computing power and temporary computing power, with different pricing standards. After completing the rental of the cloud phone, additional computing power must be purchased in order to operate it. Detailed information is available on the page for your reference.
Pay Type: Choose the payment method according to your circumstances.
Once you have made your selections, click the "BUY NOW" button below to confirm payment and complete your purchase.
2.2 Compute Power Purchase
Cloud phones require computing power to boot up. The computing power is divided into temporary and fixed types. Temporary computing power is charged on a time basis and requires you to have a balance in your account that will be deducted as you use it. Fixed computing power is a one-time purchase for shared use; one fixed unit supports the booting of one cloud phone. The number of fixed computing power units you have determines how many cloud phones can be booted simultaneously. Here is an introduction on how to purchase fixed computing power.
Click on "Computing Power" to go to the computing power purchase interface. Then select "Fixed Computing Power" and click on the "Expand" button below to navigate to the fixed computing power purchase page.


Quantity: The amount of computing power to purchase, based on the number of cloud phones you need to start using simultaneously.
Duration: The validity period of the computing power, choose according to your actual situation.
Pay Type: Payment method, choose based on your circumstances.
Once you have made your selections, click the "Buy Now" button below to complete the payment and purchase.
Suggestion: Use temporary computing power, as fixed computing power is shared among devices and we found that there may be lag during the testing process. Temporary computing power is charged based on usage duration; you only need to preload the fees in your own account wallet, and the system will automatically deduct the charges after use.

Click on "Team" on the left side, select "Cost Center," then click on "Recharge." In the pop-up recharge page, choose the recharge amount and method to complete the recharge. Please ensure that your account balance is sufficient when using temporary computing power.
2.3 Cloud Phone Settings
After purchasing the cloud phone, you need to configure the network and region before turning it on for use. This is a very important step. Due to various restrictions imposed by social media software, you need to prepare the proxy IP information for the cloud phone in advance. Set up network proxy configurations for each cloud phone, and configure the region and language based on your required location.
PS:Only Sock5 type proxy IPs are supported, and http(s) and SSH type proxy IPs are not supported.
For TikTok operations, it is generally recommended to use dual ISP static residential IPs. Also, ensure the IP is not shared by multiple devices or individuals.DuoPlus cloud mobile phones do not provide proxy IPs themselves. You can purchase suitable proxy IPs according to your needs and configure them for use in the cloud mobile phone image. Cloud Phone Name: Name of the cloud phone.
Proxy: Proxy settings, only supports Sock5 proxy; enter the proxy IP and port number.
Account: Account and password for proxy login.
IP Checker: Tests the connectivity of your proxy to see if it can be used; if it cannot be used, it will prompt a connection failure, and a different proxy will need to be chosen.
Proxy DNS: Default to open.
Brand: Set as shown in the image; need to choose Samsung or Google.
Model: Set as shown in the image; choose Galaxy S22 Ultra for Samsung or Pixel 5 for Google.
Location: Based on IP.
SIM: Based on IP.
TZ and Lang: Customize based on your needs; choose region, time zone, and language.
Region: Area, choose according to your needs.
Time Zone: Time zone, choose according to your needs.
Language: Language, defaults to English or according to your needs.

When your proxy is available, the IP Checker will display a message indicating that the connection test has passed and show the relevant information about the proxy after checking. Once all settings are completed, click the confirmation button at the bottom to finalize the configuration of the cloud phone.

When your proxy is unavailable, the IP Checker will indicate a connection failure. At this point, you need to check your proxy settings or switch to an available proxy.
Once you have completed all the above settings and the proxy check has passed, the setup of your cloud phone is complete. At this point, your cloud phone can be powered on and used. Congratulations, you have successfully completed this very important first step.
2.4 Install the APP
After completing the setup of the cloud phone, you can power it on and install the corresponding apps. Taking TikTok as an example, first click on the power button on the cloud phone page to turn it on and connect to your cloud phone.



After successfully powering on the cloud phone, Click on the APP option to navigate to the app installation interface. Here, you can select the apps you need to install. By clicking on the bulk install option, you can choose the cloud phones you want to install the apps on. Once confirmed, the installation will be automatically completed on all selected cloud phones. You need install the TikTok first.
After installing TIKTOK, connect to the cloud phone. Click on the "More" icon at the bottom right, select "APP," and you will see the installed applications. Click on the
corresponding app to open and use it.


Now you can log in to your TikTok account. The automated operations that follow will be performed on your account, so you need to log into the account that you want to automate in advance.

3.1 Install PROMOI APP
You now need to install our platform automation application, PROMOI APP, on your cloud phone. With it, you can connect all your devices to your platform account and achieve batch operation management. First, you need to download the PROMOI APP. You can go to your platform account page and click on "Install TIKTOK APP" or "Install PROMOI APP," then click the Down URL: http://www.promoi.io/promoi138.apk to download it and save it to your local computer device.


Find the promoi138.apk file you just downloaded and upload it to the cloud phone for installation using the following method: connect to your cloud phone, click the "More" button in the lower right corner, select "Upload," and then choose the promoi138.apk file you downloaded to upload it to the cloud phone. Once the upload is successful, open the file manager on the cloud phone (click and swipe up on the screen with the left mouse button), locate the uploaded promoi138.apk file, and click on it to install.
